Still, nights have their separate charm, the coldness, and unbelievable beaming lights around the pink city are the ones, I am most attracted to.

Amer Fort

What is the first word you whispered to yourself after checking out the above picture? Amazing, outstanding, wow…, yes, a complete wow.

Amer fort also called Amber Fort, located in Amer town which is 6.8 miles i.e. 11 km away from Jaipur. High on the hill, artistic designs, long deep galleries, large ramparts, and huge gates all around the fort makes it a major source of attraction.

Amer fort opens at 8:00 am and closes at 5:30 pm in the evening, then against it reopens at 6:30 pm and closes at 9:15 pm.

During this amazing night period, a light and sound show takes places inside the fort every night which should not be missed at any cost.

Nahargarh Fort, a place from where you can silently watch the entire Jaipur city moving in the race of life. But…,

But, Fort closes at 6:00 pm, so you cannot enter inside at the late nights.

But, you can reach there before and can enjoy the sunset, and extend your time to just half an hour to click an amazing view shown in the above picture.

Also, you can enjoy your dinner situated in the restaurant inside the fort to make yourself witness of this breathtaking view of beaming pink city in the darkness.

Just for your interest, I would like to tell you that, the original name of this fort was, “Sudarshangarh.” Later, its name changed to Nahargarh, which means, the abode of tigers.

Chill, no tigers in the fort. Nahar in the name stands for a person named, ”
Nahar Singh Bhomia”, whose spirit never allowed anyone for new construction in the fort.

It used to vanish the things constructed a day before in the nights. So the spirit was pacified by building a temple in his memory within the fort. And which resulted in the change of its name as well. Seems interesting? Go, have a visit

Meaning of Amar Jawan Jyoti is, flame of the immortal soldier is constructed from black marble pedestal, with an upturned rifle in the centre, covered by warhead surrounded by four vases covering of which pillars at the four corners.

Variety with tradition you will not find anywhere else, Johari Bazar is not just the collection of jewellery, but also shops selling almost everything a human needs.

From clothes to leather shoes, from purses to bangles, and great beautiful products along with some shops of sweets and snacks to provide you with more energy to shop better.

At night the shops are illuminated and that is such a glorious sight. A must visit in the city.

Again a traditional market, completely ideal place for a shopaholic. All you need at one place, i.e. Bapu Bazar, from Jutis, Bangles, Dupattas, Sarees, Scarves to textiles, handicrafts, brass works, home decor and precious stones etc.

You must visit this place, and take something home, which you feel most suits you. For jewellery, I recommended you to go to Johari Bazar.

Rare gemstones, some cultural lac jewellery, will definitely force you to take some bucks out of your pockets.

Because dear folks, it is the place where you will find artists like local bands and DJ performing to make you experience the nightlife in Jaipur.

Name of this stadium is named on the king of Jaipur during its construction, i.e. Sawai Man Singh II.

Situated at one corner of Rambagh circle, this stadium has 30,000 seats.

Creative paintings on the wall, this building is designed on the basis of Nine planets as each block.

Different places, different cultures are further differentiated by their food. The way they offer, menus, and tradition are as important as visiting any tourist places and exploring the local culture.

Here are some of my most favourite delicious food restaurants, you must check out in Jaipur.

The second one is what I love the most.

Peacock rooftop restaurant is an art-filled restaurant, where at the peaceful, and beautiful rooftop you can enjoy your drink, or a bite by looking at old Hathori Fort few meters away, and can discover many amazing facts about it.

Basically, a perfect view, perfect dinner, and great service by a friendly staff. All are amazing. No faults.

Jal Mahal – ITC Rajputana

A five-star place with a five-star rating on the food, and services. Great decor, live music is also ultimate, and the food, mouth-melting even when it comes on the table.

The smell is sufficient to make you feel how good it is prepared. 3500 INR is an average price cost of two peoples.

Best places to visit in Jaipur for couples, for their romantic dinner and the royal honour you received from the staff. Official Rajputana feels.

The ambience was really good with great music and food along with an attentive staff. Another great visit to experience Jaipur nightlife.

Great food, a large variety of liqueur and liquor, but overpriced, and the absence of DJ can make your mood off. Still, a popular pub among youngsters. You can check it out.
